Independent booking assistance
FlightVibe connects travelers with independent travel agents for new reservations. We are not an airline customer-service department. Airline names are used only to identify requested travel products.
Quote and confirmation
A verbal quote is not guaranteed until payment is authorized and a ticket is issued. Review passenger names, airports, dates, connections, cabin, baggage information, total cost, and fare restrictions before authorizing purchase.
Agency fees
An agency may charge a service or booking fee in addition to the airline fare and taxes. Any applicable fee and the full total must be disclosed before payment. A disclosed service fee may be non-refundable where permitted.
Changes and refunds
Eligibility and costs are determined by the purchased fare rules and airline policy. Some tickets may be non-refundable or may permit only a credit. For help after purchase, use the contact information supplied with the booking confirmation so the correct ticketing provider can locate the reservation.
Schedule changes
Airlines control schedules and operations. Reconfirm flight information with the operating airline before travel and arrive within the airline’s required check-in time.
