1. About FlightVibe
FlightVibe provides access to independent travel agents who assist customers with new flight reservations. FlightVibe is not an airline or an official airline customer-service department. Airline names identify requested travel products and do not imply authorization, endorsement, or affiliation.
2. New reservations
The advertised telephone line is intended for new reservations. It is not intended for check-in, flight status, baggage claims, loyalty-program support, or the management of bookings purchased through another provider.
3. Availability and pricing
Schedules, seat availability, fares, taxes, and airline rules can change until a booking is ticketed. Before payment, the agent will present the proposed itinerary, total amount, applicable service fees, and material fare conditions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving these details.
4. Passenger information
You must provide accurate passenger names, dates of birth, contact details, and travel-document information where required. Names should match the traveler’s government-issued identification. Costs caused by inaccurate information may be the traveler’s responsibility.
5. Payment and authorization
No purchase should be completed without your express authorization. By authorizing payment, you agree to the disclosed itinerary, total, fare rules, and any separately disclosed agency fee. Charges may appear under the ticketing provider, airline, or other disclosed travel supplier.
6. Changes, cancellation, and refunds
Airline fare rules govern eligibility for changes, cancellation, credits, and refunds. Any agency service fee will be disclosed before purchase and may be non-refundable where permitted. For service after purchase, use the provider contact information included with your booking confirmation.
7. Travel responsibility
Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, baggage limits, check-in deadlines, and entry rules. Flight schedules may change for reasons outside FlightVibe’s control.
